Executive lectures
Zhang Qiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of the company, and Yu Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, respectively taught new employees about Jianke's strategy and culture, business and product courses. In order to promote the interaction between new employees and corporate cultural values, and to promote and inherit the spirit and culture of Jianke, on the afternoon of September 8th, the Xinke Training Camp held the "Jianke in My Eyes" - New Employee Style Exhibition Activity. Jin Long, a member of the company's Party Committee, Vice General Manager, and some members of the business department leadership team attended the event and served as expert judges. During the New Year's Eve party, familiar music melodies pushed the atmosphere of the party to a climax. The atmosphere was enthusiastic and filled with laughter and joy throughout the entire party.

On September 9th, Xinke Training Camp launched a one-day quality development activity, deepening mutual understanding, enhancing team cohesion and centripetal force, fully tapping into individual potential, achieving personal transcendence, and creating team concepts and qualities for new employees through team building projects such as team building, fun sports games, and F1 racing car production.
