From September 8th to 9th, Shanghai Jianke Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. organized an offline training program called "New Science Training Camp" to help new employees quickly adapt to new environments and positions, establish good values and behavioral norms, deepen their understanding of the company's cultural connotation, institutional system, and development strategy, and quickly understand and integrate into the company.

Leadership Message

On September 8th, Zhang Qiang, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of the company, warmly welcomed the arrival of new employees on behalf of the company. In his opening speech, he expressed hope for the future growth of new employees: firstly, to change their mindset and actively adapt. In the new collective, adapt to the new environment and new roles, and strive to cultivate one's ability to independently complete work. 2、 Be down-to-earth and hardworking. The construction industry still needs some mechanized operation methods to achieve it. We need to have a spirit of hardship, draw nutrients from it, hone our skills, and work hard to write a new chapter. 3、 Diligent in learning and good at thinking. In work, everyone needs to learn to walk their own path, actively think and constantly summarize in the process. 4、 Maintain vitality and be brave in innovation. The progress of enterprises and industries relies on innovation to drive progress. New employees should adhere to their original aspirations, be brave in innovation, and contribute their youthful strength to society and the enterprise.

Speech by representative of senior employees

Representatives of veteran employees Chen Shaofeng and Zheng Xie shared their work experiences, challenges, and insights since joining the company. They used simple and sincere words to describe their growth experiences at Jianke and sent warm wishes to new employees.

New employee representative speaks

New employee representatives Xu Mingze and Zheng Zheng shared their onboarding experiences and insights, and talked about their expectations for their new roles and jobs in the future. Face to face communication and sharing between new and old employees have provided assistance for new employees to adapt to the workplace, accept role changes, eliminate unfamiliarity, and integrate into Jianke, further enhancing their sense of belonging and cohesion towards the company.

Executive lectures

Zhang Qiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of the company, and Yu Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, respectively taught new employees about Jianke's strategy and culture, business and product courses. During the teaching process, in addition to deepening the new employees' understanding of the company, they also actively shared their valuable experiences and put forward requirements and expectations for the new employees. Through close communication and interaction with company executives, new employees have gained a deeper understanding of Jianke's development direction and cultural values.

Style Display Event

In order to promote the interaction between new employees and corporate cultural values, and to promote and inherit the spirit and culture of Jianke, on the afternoon of September 8th, the Xinke Training Camp held the "Jianke in My Eyes" - New Employee Style Exhibition Activity. Jin Long, a member of the company's Party Committee, Vice General Manager, and some members of the business department leadership team attended the event and served as expert judges. Jinlong hopes that all new employees will continuously learn professional knowledge, enhance their comprehensive abilities, expand their social circle, broaden their living space, enrich their leisure life, and shine on the stage of Jianke.

The activity is conducted in groups, through multi-party communication and exchange, to obtain information related to Jianke's corporate culture. Through visual communication, it showcases the new employees' interpretation of Jianke's culture. After intense competition among the groups, one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and four winners were finally selected. Expert judges presented awards to the winning groups.

Bonfire New Year's Eve Party

During the New Year's Eve party, familiar music melodies pushed the atmosphere of the party to a climax. The atmosphere was enthusiastic and filled with laughter and joy throughout the entire party.

Team Expansion Activities

On September 9th, Xinke Training Camp launched a one-day quality development activity, deepening mutual understanding, enhancing team cohesion and centripetal force, fully tapping into individual potential, achieving personal transcendence, and creating team concepts and qualities for new employees through team building projects such as team building, fun sports games, and F1 racing car production.
